❌ Cancellations and refunds
Once the reservation has been made, no cancellations or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

🔄 Date and time changes
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. That is why we offer you the possibility of modifying the date and/or time of your reservation, provided that:

  • The change is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of booking.
  • There is availability for the new date and time requested.
