Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Health status: The user declares that he/she is in perfect health, without any illness, disease or limitation that could affect his/her ability to drive the kart safely.

2. Knowledge and Acceptance of Standards: The user knows, understands and fully accepts all the rules of use of the circuit and the facilities, including those set out on the information panels.

3. Vehicle familiarisation: The user has had contact with the vehicle, has checked it and has had its operation explained to him, which he has understood.

4. Obligation of Caution: The user undertakes to take all necessary precautionary measures to avoid damage to persons (both their own and third parties) and property (both their own and third parties) while driving and while on the premises.

5. Subject to Monitor Indications: The user acknowledges the existence of a track instructor in charge of supervising and directing the activity, and undertakes to follow all his/her instructions.

6. Responsible Use of Equipment: The user has received a helmet and undertakes to maintain it in perfect condition and to use all the material provided with due diligence, attending to and obeying the instructions of the track instructor.

7. Liability for Damages: The user will be directly and exclusively responsible for any damage or harm caused to people (natural or legal), animals or the KARTING facilities, whether due to negligence or non-compliance with the rules of use of the vehicles on the circuit or the general rules of the premises. Karting Club Tenerife is exempt from any claim derived from negligence or non-compliance with the rules by the user within these facilities.

8. Right of Karting Club Tenerife to claim damages: The user acknowledges that Karting Club Tenerife reserves the right to claim for any damage caused to the material delivered if this was the result of negligence on the part of the user or non-compliance with the rules of the circuit. Likewise, Karting Club Tenerife will be able to claim from the user any damage or harm derived from the non-compliance of the previous points.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: THE USER FULLY ACCEPTS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED FOR THE ATTENDANCE AND CARRYING OUT OF THE KARTING ACTIVITY IN THESE FACILITIES.
