At Karting Club Tenerife, we strive to offer you the best possible experience at our facilities. For this reason, we would like to inform you about our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:

❌ Cancellations and Returns
Once a booking has been made, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

🔄 Date and Time Changes
We understand that unforeseen events may occur. That’s why we offer the possibility to modify the date and/or time of your booking, provided that:

  • The change is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
  • There is availability for the new requested date and time.
